Which LED light do you have? Need a few data and photos would help.

Your power supply is a Li-Ion charger for 4s, not a pure power supply. Is a charge of 2A or something sufficient, or do the cells need to be charged with 5A?

Buying a completely new one only to replace a faulty battery pack or power supply would be a waste of money. Especially because it is largely repairable.
